Hi Loves! I am L’cariah. First I will like to thank my Creator for allowing this vision and plan to come to fruition. Welcome to In My Own Skin LLC! I am elated to have you here! Women who are the heart of the home can occasionally lose themselves with the cares of others and struggle to find her own identity. I believe your passion reveals your talent. I also believe you are your Purpose and sometimes you just need a little encouragement on how to own it.
I empower women to discover and own their purpose. Help to reveal and cultivate their gifts. Monetize their talents and turn their passion into profit by providing them with tools and resources needed to assist them in growing and achieving an affluent lifestyle. Positioning them to impact the lives of others.

I believe in a wholesome balance of being WELL in all areas of life. I pride myself in my will to see & be change and in what I have to give to help women become whole and WELL in their own skin.
Growing up and being in an area with lack and poverty. Surrounded by the complacency that it was alright to live in that way was unacceptable to me. At an early age I knew I wanted to be my own boss because I have always had an entrepreneur mindset. The challenge was how would I obtain it, without becoming a product of that environment. I was in an atmosphere were the kind of support I needed did not provide the resources I needed to be who I am today. I had to remove myself from my fears. I would not allow circumstances, limitations or a defeated mindset control me. I was determined to create my own environment and become the product of it.
By no means was this an easy journey. I struggled along the way. Endured hardship, pain and lack. I fought to break the poverty mindset that had become a very difficult opposition to conquer. Knowing what I know now. I can appreciate and understand why I had to go through what I did. It made me stronger and wiser. It pushed me more towards the path to help as many women overcome the same obstacles I encountered but overcame.
I made it my mission to unite, empower, and support women who are striving to live a life that is free of lack and brokenness. I am determined to see us win and live affluent lifestyles. I will help put women in positions that will help them to help others. I will encourage, support and help cultivate their gifts. Showing them how to monetize their talents. Providing women with tools and resources they need to help them grow in their personal life and in business. I will support and show women how to be whatever it is they need to be in their own skin.
